Greetings to our Past & Future Guests:

Falling leaves hide the path so quietly ~ John Bailey!

Not so fast, let's chat a bit about our summer in Twain Harte.  The weather this year was very mild.  Very few hot days, and lots of pleasant ones.  Just the way we like it!  Lakes and damns were overflowing due to the massive amount of snowfall this winter, so water sports of all kinds were being enjoyed with great enthusiasum!

There are always great things happening here in the summer, but one event we are VERY proud of was our first ever "Film Fest Twain  Harte"!  This elegant, star-studded event, held in early September, was a huge success!  Margie Lang, who was an Organizing Board Member, was able to use her many years of acting & directing in theatre, to help put this massive event together.  Over 250 independent films were submitted, and of those, 47 plus were presented over a three-day period.  Be sure to watch our Film Fest web site for next year's event and be sure to book your stay early (www.filmfesttwainharte.com).

Now looking to fall, Twain Harte held it's 6th annual Oktoberfest this weekend and it was great fun.  Lots of arts & crafts, music, dancing and of course lots of Beer!  There will be many more fun activities planned for this fall season, so be sure to check our "Fall Happenings" below and make your reservation today!

Some important things to remember........  We are no longer located above Coldwell Banker in downtown Twain Harte.  We can always be reached by phone during our office hours and after hours for emergencies only, same as before!  And last but not least, "Twain Harte Vacation Rentals" is now on Facebook.  Be sure to search us out and "Like" us today!

Don't forget about our 25% Off-Season Discount Rates which started September 9th through November 18th and then again November 28th through December 16th.   We still have many cabins available at these reduced rates, and if you book or inquire online, these discount rates will already be applied!

We have cabins to fit just about every need, so be sure to check out our website if you have not viewed it lately and book now for best availability.  Also, be sure to check out our "New Listings" on our home page, as we have many, and our "Featured Cabin" section.

Always know that if we can be of service to you, we're just an email or phone call away!

Have a colorful fall!

Best Wishes ,
Margie & Brenda
