 On-Line "Get a Quote" Break Out:

On-line price quotes include a $300.00 refundable deposit (or $400.00, depending on the property), the rental for the amount of nights you have chosen, plus occupancy tax, reservation/processing fee and required cleaning fee.  If you are bringing a pet, an additional $100 will be required on the Deposit, but will not show on your instant quote.  It will be included in the calculations on your Confirmation.   A  $35/pet fee will be included in the Instant Quote charges, provided you choose "Dogs".  This all will be calculated into your total on the Confirmation which is emailed to you.

Our policy is that the refundable deposit is due within 7 days of booking and the rent/fees are due 30 days in advance of arrival.  We do not accept credit cards at this time, so it will be necessary to mail a personal check, cashier's check or money order.  In the case of last-minute bookings, special payment arrangements may be arranged.

What Twain Harte Lake Privilege Means:

For those Cabins on our web site that state  "Twain Harte Lake Privileges",  this means you will be able to purchase Lake Credits for admission to Twain Harte Lake.  The current ticket prices are $5.00 per person, per day. 
(Lake Privileges only apply from Memorial Day to Labor Day!)
