  I've stayed in Twain Harte cabins for over 65 years now and I love being up in the pines and nature. My grandkids loved feeding the birds and squirrels from the deck. We saw deer too. Had grand time at the lake, ate at The Rock (great ribs), and played pee wee golf. My 5 yr old granddaughter won a free game!! A totally enjoyable weekend!

  We have been renting cabins in Twain Harte for over 20 years, and this was the most accommodating setting for the twelve of us who showed up with our two dogs. We've stayed alot of places that sleep 10-16, but Woodwardia 10 is fabulous because of the two separate structures and the quiet setting. We really wish we had found this place twenty years ago when our kids were little -- ping pong, air hockey, tether ball, basket ball, a giant array of family games, and three full bathrooms!! We really enjoyed it.

  Great cabin, was perfect for our group. Three different living spaces with all sorts of activities. Ping pong, pool table, air hockey, TV’s everywhere, A/C, it was great. Only complaint was recycling hadn’t been picked up from the previous group so trash was a little tight. Not a big deal though. Highly recommend this cabin.

  We've stayed at this cabin for at least 5 years now. This year we were happily surprised to see a brand new TV in the living room...hooray...what an improvement! As always, the cabin was furnished with all the cooking and eating supplies you could need. Our only disappointment, which had nothing to do with our cabin stay, was the 60% increase in the lake tickets. What a shame to see the beach so empty this year. We will still be back, though, as we love Twain Harte!

  We loved everything about this cabin! Lots of space, easy to spread out to different areas in this cabin,nice decks, good wi fi, plenty of parking, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, lots of fun toys, private spot. We still can't figure out how to use the surround sound on the TV, but we have that issue every year and it doesn't keep us from coming back. It's a steep hill to walk up and down but it's great exercise!

  We've rented this cabin for a week in July for many years now and have no complaints! It's a nice, large cabin with lots of space to spread out. It's a bit of a climb up the hill to walk to but we enjoy the exercise. They have lots of TV's, but need to work on getting the cable fixed in a few rooms. They had all the amenities you could ask for and a beautiful deck to eat on.

  Our family has stayed at this cabin several times for a week and we love it because it lets us all spread out! It has a suite above the garage, a downstairs area and plenty of living space on the main floor. It has a lot of fun amenities like pool and air hockey to entertain people of all ages. Lots of TV's and internet access. It's a bit of a hike up the hill but parking is fantastic and it's very private and peaceful. We will continue to rent this cabin as long as our kids keep coming up.

  Great cabin, nice amenities, I would definitely stay here again. It was in a very quiet neighborhood with animal life all around. My kids loved it! Only drawback that I can mention is it is on a steep hill about 0.8 miles from town so it is not a cabin I would recommend for people who are unable to go up and down steep hills on a walk.

  We stayed here for the memorial day weekend. We were a little worried looking at the pics of woodwardia cabin online. But when we actually entered the house, it was much much better than the pics. The house is clean and spacious. It has a lot of options for entertainment. And also pretty close to the Yosemite national park. Only a 90 minute drive. The staff is very supportive, especially Margie. She really takes time to explain the guests with things they need to figure out before visiting. Overall, I am more than happy for staying in Woodwardia. We had a great stay.

  Woodwardia 10 was perfect for us. It had everything we needed and more. The pool table, ping pong table and basketball court was enjoyed by all. The decks and the big secluded outside area full of trees were wonderful. It is a great pet friendly place, our Leah loved running all around outside. Our family does plan to return.
