GUESTS BRING THEIR OWN SHEETS & TOWELS. Should you opt not to bring your own, you may rent them from THVR at a cost of $15/bed which includes the sheets for the bed and towels for however many the bed sleeps. We just need to know which beds you will be using and we need to know you have chosen this option no later than 7 days prior to arrival. Cleaning Fee: $125

  This was wonderful house in Sugar Pine and we really enjoyed our Thanksgiving holiday there. Everything was clean and well-maintained and kitchen had everything we needed. Highly recommend it.

  The house was perfect for my family; good bed arrangements, pool table downtstairs for the teens, fenced-off lake close by that the neighbors said we could run our dogs around. Only drawbacks were no sheets and towels (which we were told about previous to the visit) and a gas fireplace in the living room. Kitchen was well stocked. Could have used a snow shovel outside for when we first arrived, but we made do. We really enjoyed our time there.
