On-Line "Get a Quote" Break Out:
On-line price quotes include a $300.00 refundable deposit (or $400.00, depending on the property), the rental for the amount of nights you have chosen, plus occupancy tax, reservation/processing fee and required cleaning fee. If you are bringing a pet, an additional $100 will be required on the Deposit, plus a $35/pet fee which will not be included in the Instant Quote, but will be calculated into your total on the Confirmation which is emailed to you.
Our policy is that the refundable deposit is due within 7 days of booking and the rent/fees are due 30 days in advance of arrival. We do not accept credit cards at this time, so it will be necessary to mail a personal check, cashier's check or money order. In the case of last-minute bookings, special payment arrangements may be arranged.

For those Cabins on our web site that state "Twain Harte Lake Privileges", this means you will be able to purchase Lake Credits for admission to Twain Harte Lake. The current ticket prices are $5.00 per person, per day.

Fall of 2007:
We are so looking forward to our time up in Twain Harte this December! My uncle and aunt, lived in Twain Harte for 40 years. My family went up to visit every summer and every winter and the memories of panning for gold in the creek and tobogganing down the hills in the snow are very special.
On a not so nostalgic note, coincidentally, the weekend we are coming up for my son's birthday, is the 2nd anniversary of him crashing his dirt bike in Long Barn. Two years ago on Sunday afternoon, Dec. 11th, he had an accident on the fire trail and ended up in Sonora Regional Medical Center for 3 days. Dr. Airel Nygaard was his ortho surgeon. We love him!! What a great, great doctor!! We spent the next year coming up to Sonora for doctor visits and additional surgeries on a weekly, then monthly basis. Seeing all the seasons change on our drives up there was beautiful, despite all the pain and emotional suffering Toney was enduring.
We really, really love the area and hope to own some property up there some day soon! Technically, I think we probably own a wing of the hospital by now, Ha, ha.
